Individual Accounts

Individual accounts can be understood simply as the people in the database being tracked. They have many properties:

• Standard fields (such as name, phone, email, etc)
• Individual Types
• Custom fields (created by system users)

Through the API, they can be associated with each other via:

• Households (a grouping of individual accounts who reside at the same address)
• Organization Contacts (an individual account can be a contact of an organization account)

They can have one or many:

• Addresses

They can be associated with many other record types, including:

• Donations
• Event Registrations
• Memberships
• Store Purchases
• Activities
• …and more.
