Activities is Neon CRM's task management feature. Activities allow users to record and track interactions with constituents, whether they have already taken place or you are scheduling the activity to happen in the future.

Activities are one of the most flexible record types in Neon CRM and be attached to accounts, users, custom objects, and other record types in the system.
