API Version 2.9 Deprecation + v2.12 Release

On September 12, 2026 we will be releasing Neon CRM API v2.12 and deprecating Neon CRM API v2.9. After this date, requests to API v2 that include the header NEON-API-VERSION: 2.9 will receive a HTTP 410 error, indicating that the API version is no longer valid.

If your application currently specifies version 2.9 in your API request headers, we recommend updating to the most recent version (2.11) of the API v2. API requests that do not include the NEON-API-VERSION header will default to use the most recent version.

API v2.12 will include substantial updates to the functionality available for Activities, including adding support for recurring scheduled activities. Release notes will be published in the Neon CRM Developer Center by September 10. Versions 2.10 and 2.11 will continue to be supported.
