    Hi,

    I have a trial account with sample data that I’ve been testing against. The sample data contains about 1000 accounts. When using the syncAccounts API, if I specify a syncAccountTimeFrom parameter, the only accounts that seem to be showing up are the ones that I’ve created myself. However, if I use the syncAccounts API and ONLY specify the account id, i could query for one of the missing accounts.

    Can anyone make some sense of this behavior? Or is this an issue with the API?

    Hi Henry,

    What you’re experiencing is a quirk (deficiency) of working with our trial “dummy” data. The syncAccounts method isn’t picking up those records because when they’re created along with the trial system, the database table that tracks the sync time is not alerted to their presence. There’s not really anything we can do about it at this point. I apologize for the inconvenience.

    Any accounts you create should work as expected.
